Low Pro Peppermint Mocha Latte
This is low pro and relatively low in calories as far as lattes go. Unfortunately, I estimate Starbucks skinny mocha sauce to be high in phe as it is mostly cocoa powder, which I love but can't tolerate. I have been on a mission to recreate and thus, give you this delicious, festive drink. Enjoy!!
Peppermint Mocha Latte
29 mg of phe, 0.8 gm protein, 103 calories
1-2 ounce shot of espresso
6 ounces So Delicious chocolate coconut milk
2 ounces So Delicious original coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Froth or heat up milk with peppermint extract mixed in. Pour over your shot of espresso.
Add cocowhip topping or a splash of cream for even more froth.
