I am a 29-year-old woman living on the Seacoast of New Hampshire and have classic PKU. I have been on diet my whole life but now am learning how to adapt low protein meals to add lots of proteins for my carnivore husband. I am cooking various meats, seafood, and legumes that I am unable to eat. This is my way of sharing with other families that have both low protein and traditional meals to prepare.
